I emailed Aladdin over the weekend hoping for a call back to see if they could help add stability to a 70's era glass table. I got an email back on Monday saying they thought they could fix it but I could send pictures if I wanted to be sure. Steffen replied via his phone that he thought it was a simple repair and then PROCEEDED to give me instructions on how to fix it myself! I haven't had someone be that generous with their time (when it's their business) in years. I am so thankful and he was exactly right with his instructions. I was able to fix the table myself! Thanks so much Steffen, my business is yours from now on.

We had a grandmother's clock stripped of the old white and gold finish. Maple was found underneath the awful old finish. Steffan restored it to its original glory! Pictures were emailed along the journey of its restoration. We will be bringing more pieces in. Very happy .

Seth, the owner, and the rest of his crew are the rock stars of furniture refinishing and repair. Seth is a third generation refinisher, whose grandfather started Aladdin passed it on the Seth's father and then to him where he has been running things for the last 25 years. They do incredible work, l had an curved mirror that needed to be re-silvered and mounted into its swivel frame along with a drawer needing a new bottom that had worn out. Both the frame and drawer bottom had been previously repaired long before I had owned the dresser. Those earlier repairs had been done poorly, pieces put in backwards and other poor workmanship. When I saw the repaired drawer and mirror frame, it was amazing work, just beautiful craftsmanship. They used quality materials and definitely know what they're doing. Great work Seth and the Aladdin crew!
