Shelby is not only highly skilled at his craft, he is also a pleasure to work with. My enthusiastic 5 star review is well-deserved. I am extremely pleased with the two pieces he refinished for me, including a mahogany veneer desk and a vintage teak console. He is genuinely committed to achieving the best result, and he succeeded. I highly recommend his work.

Wow, is all I can say! Had a thirty year old end table refinished and it looks fantastic, better than when new. Shelby really knows how to do virtual magic on wood. Reasonable pricing, friendly and professional services. Great place.

Amazing job matching the stain and refinishing our family table! The table finish was sticky for years. The more we tried to fix it the worse it became. Scott knew exactly why. He took time to teach us about wax and how it reacts to various things and what to do when the table was done. Amazing job. I will admit I was a little disheartened by the wait, but it was well worth it. (And it was shorter than he first quoted!) Shelby and team picked up the table and returned it. Great service!! Excited craftsmanship!

Shelby and Scott refinished an old inherited family dining room set which included a table, leaves, 6 chairs, large buffet, and china cabinet. The pieces really showed their age and wear and tear. Excellent work! We were very pleased with the results. Both Shelby and Scott are friendly, great communicators, and worked with us at every step of the process, explaining what they were doing. We highly recommend Wood Tek and Shelby and Scott for any furniture restoration. If we need any further work done, we will use them again. Price was reasonable for the work done.

Shelby refinished our dining table that had very thin veneer as well as the two leafs and he replaced the slides that multiple other wood workers / furniture repair shops refused to do. It looks and functions amazing now. The table has so much sentimental value to us and we’re so happy to be able to use it and enjoy it again. Could not recommend him enough! Great communication as well.
