I hired Alamo Roofing for a roof repair. From the beginning, Joey Esparza was very attentive and professional. Joey made sure that everything was well explained. He even went out of his way to make sure all documents were filled out correctly and came to my home several times to pick up insurance checks. I could not have asked for a better person to represent me. The work was completed, and the results were excellent. They kept the area clean and treated my home with respect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Alamo Roofing to anyone needing roofing work.

Best quote and experience I’ve ever had on a roof job thanks to Eric Tovar. Definitely would recommend him and this company to do the job. Actually had all the trash, and nails cleaned up with no issues. Eric has excellent customer service and communication.

Alamo Roofing was fantastic! We worked with Mike, he was very thorough, prompt with communication and made each step very easy. We had issues with our insurance but Almo worked with all of us to provide great service. Very happy with our choice to work with them, highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my experience with Alamo Roofing was unprofessional from start to finish. The representative I initially worked with seemed promising, but he left for another company before the project was complete. The manager, Skye, assured me she would personally oversee my case, but that turned out to be nothing more than empty promises. Communication quickly fell apart after that, and now that they’ve been paid, they refuse to return my calls or messages regarding the faulty work. It took nearly a year just to get my roof approved through insurance (I had a tarp on my roof all that time). Despite Alamo Roofing’s repeated claims that they could get the decision overturned in three appeals, that failed. They then recommended I hire a public adjuster “at no cost to me.” In reality, while the adjuster did secure a settlement, I ended up responsible for the adjuster’s fee. I held the last payment to Alamo Roofing for this reason but they only agreed to pay half. Once the roof was finally replaced, I discovered multiple areas where the old gutters had been covering up rotted wood. Instead of notifying me, Alamo Roofing went ahead and installed new materials directly on top of the damaged base. It’s now clearly visible and will not pass inspection. I’ve reached out several times asking them to make it right, but since final payment was made, they’ve completely ghosted me. After everything I went through to get this roof replaced, I expected basic professionalism and honesty. Instead, I’m left with a subpar job and hidden damage under my brand-new gutters. If I could do it over, I’d interview more companies and avoid Alamo Roofing altogether.
