I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Got an appointment right away. At first they couldn't find any issues with the tire itself and then the employees were able to find that it was actually a crack in the rim. They took their time and showed me everything. Very friendly and also able to support me in finding a place to get my room fixed in a timely manner. Great service. Great price. Great place!

Called them to verify if a set of tires was in stock as it said they where on the website ended up arranging an appointment for the next day and they even had opening the same day I called however I was busy, only paid for tires and warranty with their free first install when you buy tires from them. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes when I went in for my appointment to swap and balance they bagged my old tires and not to mention the price of the same tire without studs on Amazon was charging more for just the tires no studs or install so happy to get a great local price. Overall 100% recommend them for tire swap or buying tires was pain free being able to look at their inventory online and calling them and being able to get me in the same day even though I declined was a great service for if I needed it. Thanks for your professionalism with your crew and the speedy appointment, will most likely be coming back come spring time, I appreciate yall

I go to Alaska Tire. Not to be confused with American Tire. Been coming here for the past 13 years. They even get me in same day. They keep a steady loyal staff so you build a friendly relationship over the years. I also have a Bridgestone credit card with them that I only use when I go there. It's a great card to have. I've never had any trouble with warranty and they're really good about telling me when my tires are getting low and even ran a free diagnostic to tell me why my tires were squeaking at me. They're conveniently up the street from the area I live in. They keep a clean bathroom, a coffee station, a phone charging station, a TV, and comfy chairs while you wait. Highly recommended 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A huge thank you to the incredible staff and team at Anchorage Tire Service! Their professionalism and genuine care for their customers truly stand out. I was traveling from Anchorage to Homer and needed to make the ferry home, but my vehicle didn’t have the right tires for the icy roads. The team immediately made my safety their top priority and got me set up with the proper tires quickly, efficiently, and with the utmost professionalism. A special shout-out to Robby, Wayne, and the entire crew who worked on my car today. You went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for your help. I highly recommend Anchorage Tire Service for anyone needing new tires or vehicle service. Fantastic experience from start to finish, five stars all the way!

Amazing customer service, always kind and professional. I want to shout out Joey who pointed out that my replacement tires (that I had brought) were no good and quickly provided alternatives. Also, buy their warranty! I've had 3, maybe 4 tires replaced by them after nails and rebar went through them all for like 11 bucks to re-up the warranty.
