Working with Sherry was one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding planning process. From the very first conversation, she brought such a calm, reassuring presence, which was exactly what we needed as we navigated all the moving parts. She truly listened, adapted when needed, and handled everything with such grace and quiet confidence. We always felt like we were in good hands. Sherry came highly recommended to us from several friends who hired her as a wedding coordinator and she did not disappoint! Sherry was incredibly easy to work with; she is meticulous, organized and focused on ensuring your wedding day stays true to what you envisioned. As a planner and lover of spreadsheets, I was really impressed with Sherry's approach to building our timeline. She had a detailed questionnaire that covered all aspects of what we may want to include on our wedding day and seamlessly converted that into our timeline. Sherry is always ten steps ahead and bringing up thoughtful follow-up questions regarding details we would never have considered on our own. We really appreciated Sherry coordinating all of our other wedding vendors and responding to their emails in the weeks leading up to the wedding. It helped relieve the mental load for us as we were busy attending many other weddings in the weeks leading up to ours. On wedding day, my husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy the day with our family and friends, stress free. Sherry and her team made sure we stayed on schedule without feeling rushed and managed any unforseen issues that arose. From the moment we met her, my husband and I knew we were in the best hands. Sherry came highly recommended by a friend, and from our very first call, we were blown away. She was organized, insightful, detail-oriented without being rigid, and always brought a calm, positive energy to every conversation. Communication was consistently clear, timely, and honest. She always gave us space to dream big, and tactfully reeled us in when needed with creative alternatives. She made every problem — big or small — feel solvable and approached everything with such heart and professionalism. In the final (very chaotic) weeks leading up to our wedding, Sherry somehow made the stress feel manageable. Whether it was sourcing an emergency tent 3 days before the wedding, coordinating precise measurements, or tracking every random new prop or last-minute idea, she handled everything with grace and precision. We never once felt rushed or brushed aside, and she always made us feel like our wedding mattered deeply to her. On the actual wedding day? I honestly don’t have enough words. It was absolute perfection. Even the rain felt perfect because of how calmly and seamlessly Sherry managed every moment. When there was a bird poop incident, she was already there with wipes. When my bridesmaids were crying at my speech, she’d already passed them tissues. When my dress got caught on the cobblestones, she magically had scissors in her bag. Who is this woman?? A MIRACLE GODSEND!! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about her, too! So many asked for her information and shared that she was the most impressive planner they’d ever seen. We 1000% agree and feel SO lucky to have crossed paths with her during one of the most meaningful times of our lives. Honestly, we’re ready to renew our vows someday just to work with her again.
