I called to inquire about a tax question and Alex was extremely belitting and rude and acted as if my innocent phone call was an affront because it's close to 4/15. There is a kind and respectful way to say I unfortunately do not have any availability, not "I can't believe you are calling this close how dare you". I was pleasant and not presumptuous but could not believe how rude he was, just don't answer the phone if you're going to act that way!! Was upsetting to be spoken to that way and felt the need to caution other potential clients.
