A friend of mine recommended Align Hot Pilates to me and I couldn’t be happier. As a mom of five and a beginner in Pilates, these classes are absolutely life changing. Within just weeks, I’ve felt such a mental shift as well as an overall improvement in my physical strength and posture. The variety of days and times makes it convenient to be able to attend classes throughout the week. Hollie is a phenomenal instructor who takes extra care for safety. She’s incredibly professional, kind and welcoming. Between the mat/sculpt pilates with Hollie and Sam (both amazing), and the STOTT pilates classes with Melissa (who is also absolutely wonderful) I truly couldn’t recommend Align more. The best choice I have made for my body and health in a very long time.

Coming from someone who has been practicing yoga for 20+ years I found myself wanting a more challenging class= more sweating and more burning. This totally is what I was looking for. Hollie and the other instructors I’ve taken classes from have been amazing. I am so happy a studio like this exists in the Mat-Su valley!
