At Align Pilates, the instructors prioritize a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for all. All of the members of the staff are friendly and the instructors give you a well thought out class that leaves you feeling satisfied, strong, and ready to take on the day! This past weekend Kristy, the owner, hosted a four day Pilates instructor training through Balanced Body which is an internationally recognized training program. The Balanced Body training included 2 modules with Balanced Body master trainer, Erik Reynolds, to learn the Pilates repertoire and start the process of learning how to teach Reformer Pilates. It was so amazing to be instructed by someone in the industry who has been in this line of work for several decades and is extremely knowledgable. I am so thankful to Kristy at Align Pilates for bringing this training to this little corner of South Texas!

Align Pilates Studio- CC, is without a doubt the best Pilates studio I have ever been to! I cannot say enough good things about this studio. From the welcoming owner Kristy and her staff, to the cleanliness, and the workouts, everything is phenomenal! I always leave feeling better than I came in, not only physically, but mentally as well. All of the instructors are very uplifting and the classes are very empowering! Love this Studio!
