All Masters Plumbing did a great job repairing my busted pipes. They came over on Christmas. Made the repairs the very next day. They called the city inspector as part of the service and put everything back. It’s good as new.

Douglass came out to my house for an estimate that I requested for frequent back ups and roots in my lines. He was very informative and took the time to show me videos of what the issues were. He gave me his honest professional opinion on what repairs to focus on first. He was great.

On Monday November 11th I called All Masters regarding an issue with my toilet. I was able to get a same day, afternoon appointment. Douglass Wolfe and his supervisor Thomas were able to assist me. Douglass first tired to "snake" the drain. Unfortunately, there were a lot of roots in the pipe. He recommended a hydro jet flush. He assured me this was safe for our cast-iron pipes. The process was quick and solved the issue with our toilet. Douglass was very pleasant, explained the process and even wore booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean. I appreciate the extra attention to details. Thomas then came out to run a camera down the pipe to assure the clean out. He also emailed us the video and a quote to repair our cast-iron pipes in the future. I spoke with the GM this morning. I'm happy to hear they are so focused on customer service and providing an efficient and professional experience for their customers.

I recently hired All Masters Plumbing to fix a leak under the kitchen sink, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I called, their communication was clear and professional. They arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained what needed to be done in simple terms. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The price was fair and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but Douglass definitely does. I’ll be keeping their number handy and recommending them to anyone who needs reliable plumbing work.
