Hunter showed up on time and ready to get to work. He provided a prompt quote to perform the work I requested. He began working as soon as I approved the pricing quoted. He finished the job in a very reasonable timeframe with no leaks and the toilet working properly. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin based on the results.

I had a cook top installed and I smelled a faint smell of gas and called Atmos gas company (first mistake) they came out and said my cook top lines needed tightened but stated when they cut it off at the stove my gas was still going so they turned my gas off in my entire house stating that I had a leak without having me turn off my appliances including my heat. This was 12/23 right before Christmas and took my meter which meant I had to get a leak inspection from a licensed plumber and a city inspection which is very costly. I couldn’t get anyone to come out due to the holidays and the earliest I could get someone was 12/31 which was Swat plumbing (do not recommend) and they was trying to charge an ungodly amount and what they described needed to be done for a leak inspection was not what I googled and said it would take 4 to 6 hours(not true) but I prayed about it and called Benjamin Franklin plumbing the lady said she could get somebody out TODAY!! When I tell you ATHENS CLINKSCALE IS AN ANGEL I mean it, he not only fixed my issue he calls with me and spoke with Atmos (Gas company) and explained that the technician that came out did not diagnose the gas issue properly and that I should not be charged for a permit and convinced them to turn my gas back on that night within an hour I was up an running. In today’s society you don’t find honest companies like this or customer service. This was NEW YEARS EVE! and he did try to price gouge me or get over this company is definitely a HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! and Athen is definitely a great asset to any company!

Alie Joseph did a great job repairing our outdoor hose bib today. He was friendly and competent. We got a 2 year warranty on parts and labor and the price was reasonable. He came out the same day we called, which was great.

The Benjamin Franklin team did a great job. Very clear communication and options for the solution to my hot water slab leak. Competitive pricing. Incredible customer service. Quick and efficient work. Even after the work was complete, I had a concern and was able to connect immediately with Nick (even on a Friday night!). A team member stopped by on the way to another job to confirm that the job was complete!

Gio Garcia was very professional and courteous. Arrive promptly and was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our hot water heater. He explained everything and also made me aware of some potential future issues and how to correct those if we choose to do upgrades at a later time. We recently had other work done be Benjamin Franklin plumbing and although it was a different technician, we got the same great service we’ve come to expect!
