Overall pretty good. I had planned for them to just love big furniture, but wasn’t able to pack all the boxes before they came. So, the day before the move, I called and asked if it was okay if I could have some help packing boxes. They adjusted my estimate accordingly and I signed. All good to go! However, when they came the next day, they said they were only moving big furniture, no packing help. Well it was almost $1000 mote for packing help so I called them and had them adjust my estimate back down. When they were almost done getting the big furniture in the truck, they said, “I don’t know if it’s all going to fit.” There was no way I was paying for another truck. And the truck was not full. When we got to the new house they still tried to charge me for more than just the furniture, so I told them I would only pay the lower agreed upon price. They also switched two of the box springs on my beds after I said I was pretty sure they were swapped. I know people have had fantastic experiences with this company, it was probably just an off day for them. Especially since they were one guy short due to one of them getting COVID.

Obidiah, Jullian, and Ramona were my superheroes. They worked very hard and were extra helpful in every step of my move. Julia was wonderful when I booked my appointment and Greg kept in touch before my move. Thank you for making a stressful day less so.

This place is awful and they are crooked! It took them nine hours to move our one bedroom apartment. They didn’t bring the tools they needed to move, they had to borrow some of our moving equipment, my husband had to help load things onto a dolly for them, they took a 2 hour lunch break that we had to pay for. They ruined our brand new couch and they broke a coffee table. They shattered two boxes because they kept dropping things off the dolly. When I made a claim, they offered a measly $200 and when we refused it, they just close the claim they charged us almost $1900 to move a fully packed one bedroom apartment they were two hours late…. Our apartment was only an 35 minutes from new home and took them 2 hours to get there which we paid for too!! We did not budget that type of money into a tiny move. They took advantage of us and now they won’t answer our emails about our insurance claim. I have never had any business ever do something like this to us and we have moved multiple times. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Rob and his partner were absolutely amazing helping with my move here in Fort Worth! They showed up right on time, worked quickly but carefully, and treated all of my things with so much care. They were also super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole moving day way less stressful. If you’re moving in the Fort Worth area, I highly recommend requesting Rob and his team with All My Sons. They made the experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish!

All 3 of these guys, especially Rob totally knocked everything out of the park. Communication was great, worked with us on our budget and we’re so friendly! Will definitely be using them for any future moves, and telling friends/family about them! 40 weeks pregnant they helped our family take off a huge load of stress of us!
