First off, they were late getting there by almost an hour. Then, I was told a four man team would come, but a three man team showed up. However, only two of them were experienced, and the other Had only been on the job for three days. While I don’t have a problem with new people, I do have a problem with experienced people not training their people properly, which is what happened. I saw zero training going on, and instead the experienced people sat and bitched about how slow and lazy seeming the new guy was in front of me Which is just very unprofessional. When the new guy miss-wrapped my mother‘s brand new TV monitor, the team called their management and he was literally pulled from the site and driven away, and I was told that another experienced person would come. However, that person did not come until close to 6:00 PM. By the time we got to my apartment across town and discovered that they could not park where we thought they could, it Was 7 PM. Management called me and told me the team was tired and had been working all day and asked if they could comp us $150 for a hotel and the team could come back the next morning and unload the truck. While my family wasn’t happy I took pity on them and said yes. They had been with us since ce 9am and we were not moved in!!! Unfortunately, we discovered that it was spring break and there were zero hotels to be had in any of the cities around us. After 2 1/2 hours of trying by 9:30 PM, we decided to make a dash to Walmart and get blankets, pillows, and air mattresses for the family which cost me $350. The next day, the crew came back to unload the truck. They broke my desk into pieces Because they Tried to move it with the hutch still attached instead of just removing the hutch or asking me to. Then the men tried to “ Fix it” Three times and each time they told me it was now “ Fine”. Get each time, the desk leaned, wobbled, and the drawers don’t work. The right side is falling off, screws were missing, and the drawers won’t even go in. They also Broke my Apple computer screen, the chords are missing to my then week old recliner couch, so it won’t recline now, and A ladder just up and went missing. They packed it, but it never ended up at our New apartment. I cannot say how disappointed I am with this moving company. They did such a crappy job and packed things so badly. They didn’t even put any padding at all on any of the computers. It was literally just cardboard taped around my computer. There was no bubble wrap or foam or anything like that to protect them. They didn’t tape the chords to the couch. They didn’t ensure that the hutch was removed before they moved the desk. There was so much that they could’ve done differently that wasn’t done. It’s like they didn’t know what they were doing. Do not hire this company. They will come into your house and they will break your Belongings.

Never again. They ended up not being able to come out and ive been trying to get the 100 dollar hold refunded to me for going on 2 months now. The 800 number is rude and nothing gets done from the local number.
