Pyramid roofing was quick to get me in for an appointment, especially on a weekend. I inquired for 2 separate estimates - one for a roof repair and another for replacement. David was very knowledgeable and went over everything in detail, including showing me all the shingle options. Estimate seemed fair for both repair and replacement but I don’t know if it’s higher or lower than another roofing company.

Edward McKenna deserves 100 Stars 🌟! He was very knowledgeable & he presented the roof materials to me in a way that I could understand. It is obvious that he loves what he does. He did a thorough assessment of my roof and showed me the pictures of the condition of my roof. He went above and beyond. I would recommend him to complete the estimate for my friends. I’m glad I chose to get the estimate & made the decision to have Pyramid Roofing to replace my roof. I trust that they will do an excellent job. I checked with my friend who referred me and she is pleased with the results of her new roof. The staff that assisted with setting up the appointment and the date for the roof installation were awesome as well. I feel confident that I am getting the best roof from the best company.

We were happy with our experience, they came out quickly, inspected our roof. Took lots of pictures and took the time to educate us with our options without being pushy. Scott checked multiple places for leaks and unfortunately for us did find multiple! Haha (we did expect this). My husband was immediately impressed because he crawled into a small space in our attic to locate the leaks. Fortunately for us, we do feel this is the best company to work with. Customer experience is great and since we have had work done with them in the past we know we will get what we paid for. This is definitely the company you want working on your home.

Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He examined the attic side of the roof using video and shared that with us so we knew he was showing us our roof not pictures of someone else’s roof. He gave us a detailed estimate that was lower than others we received. We were very impressed with his service today! We already booked the repair and will use Pyramid again when the whole roof needs replacing.

Rickey from Pyramid Roofing in Norfolk, VA was fantastic to work with. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and performed a very thorough roof inspection. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the next steps without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was his follow-through — he actually came back the very next day to patch a few problem areas, just to ensure our home was protected until full repairs or replacement could be scheduled. That kind of care and attention to detail really gave us peace of mind. We had another roofing company come out for a quote, but the experience didn’t compare. Rickey left a lasting impression and truly made us feel confident that our roof is in good hands.
