This place should be held to a higher standard, especially with how much they are charging vulnerable people. I scheduled a 2-hour parking safety lesson + road test package, and have been cancelled on 2 times, last minute — the very day of the appointment. It seems that there’s more repercussions for the students who are working their buns off to earn money and pay for their classes, take time off work, deal with the daily struggles of life and putting everything aside just for this driving school — just for the “certified driving instructor” (who doesn’t get penalized by the way) to swiftly destruct all your plans. Not to mention, this is such an inconvenience for the DMV, as “All N 1 Driving” requires you to schedule a road test appointment prior to purchase, meaning if that your instructor cancels, oh well! Now a spot is taken up at the DMV that could have went to another person. What an inconvenience this is to multiple parties. I’ve promptly and patiently waited three months to finally get this settled at the DMV, and had everything scheduled accordingly. I already struggle with money as is—and this was almost a treat for myself as an adult since I have no one to help provide a car for practice or road test usage. If you call them for customer service, the associates on the phone are flippant and rude, and getting a chance to speak with one is rare. Forget leaving a message for their phone line — their “inbox is full.” Not to mention, I had tried calling earlier this morning to express a complaint, and the young woman who answered the phone hung up immediately on me! It just gets better and better. “Policy” aside, no one should have to beg for their money back after being treated like scum. They just want an easy way to get money, I’d almost have the heart to call this all a scam. This is a terrible practice with lack of coordination or care. I’d highly advise no one to purchase or attempt learning how to drive from this company. You will not be pleased from the results, or the unequal experience. Their “policy” means that no matter how unfair you’re treated, they’re still going to take your money.

Arsenio has a calming demeanor and put me at ease from the moment I met him. All of my worries disappeared. I believe this makes him perfect for this job. I enjoyed my driving lesson which , i really didnt think would be possible. This man needs a raise.. when you find good people, you need to keep them. Im looking forward to my next session and bcuz of Arsenio, i will definitely recommend anyone who needs driving lessons!

Jerison was an amazing instructor taught me everything that I needed to know about the car before even driving he was very Knowledgeable and even taught me ways of the road that I didn’t think of before and he made me feel more relaxed driving than I’ve ever felt
