I went to get fingerprinted for a 3:20 appointment. I had to spend about 5 minutes looking for the place because there are no signs that say Flex Driving School. When I went inside at about 3:35, a man rushed out and said they closed at 3:30. Insane business hours. Why would they allow appointments to be made for 3:20 if they are supposedly going to close 10 minutes later?

Excellent driving school. The staff is very friendly and professional, always willing to help and answer any questions. The classes are clear, easy to understand, and very well organized, making the process quick and stress-free. Thanks to their excellent teaching, I learned a lot about traffic laws and responsible driving. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone who needs to complete their driving course more efficiently and reliably.

I scheduled two appointments for my TWIC card and both times they said the system was down and they couldn’t do anything until it came up again and to call the number and check before I come back. Nobody answers the phone and nobody returns phone messages. They have my cell and email on the reservation and could have let me know before I wasted my time. I went to Port Manatee instead and they were so much more professional and competent.

I had an appointment set up for my twic card and I go in and the lady says that her systems down for twic cards and to just do a walk in another day. I work 4 days a week and go to school the other 3 days had to request today off and she shrugs her shoulders and says not my problem

Very bad customer service, they don't give you information and they answer you rudely, as if they don't like their job. I think if they don't like customer service they should do something else.
