I went to get fingerprinted for a 3:20 appointment. I had to spend about 5 minutes looking for the place because there are no signs that say Flex Driving School. When I went inside at about 3:35, a man rushed out and said they closed at 3:30. Insane business hours. Why would they allow appointments to be made for 3:20 if they are supposedly going to close 10 minutes later?

I scheduled two appointments for my TWIC card and both times they said the system was down and they couldn’t do anything until it came up again and to call the number and check before I come back. Nobody answers the phone and nobody returns phone messages. They have my cell and email on the reservation and could have let me know before I wasted my time. I went to Port Manatee instead and they were so much more professional and competent.

I had an appointment set up for my twic card and I go in and the lady says that her systems down for twic cards and to just do a walk in another day. I work 4 days a week and go to school the other 3 days had to request today off and she shrugs her shoulders and says not my problem

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING AN APPOINTMENT HERE! My husband and I have had appointments for our TSA PreCheck for two months. We have the email confirmations showing the appointment dates and times. We arrived 10 mins early, as the emails stated. We had all of our documents with us. The guy at the front desk claimed we weren’t on his list (A HAND-WRITTEN LIST). I showed him our email confirmations. He didn’t care. Wouldn’t see us. A complete joke of a business.

I scheduled an appointment through TSA Precheck website. It says they close at 3:30pm so I made an appointment for 3pm. On the day of my appointment I noticed on Google maps that they have their hours listed as closing at 3pm. As a precaution I went early. There were no problems with coming in early or the process itself. The woman was professional and nice and even offered my daughter a piece of candy. I was in and out and my application was accepted the next day. I do hope the hours get fixed though.
