My husband and I used All Occasion for our wedding day rentals and we would definitely recommend them - they were easy to get ahold of (even during their busy season), had a large variety of items to choose from with great quality, and we got exactly what we ordered day-of. We even had a last-minute venue change that they were able to accommodate. We would recommend them for a stress-free wedding day!

One star is being generous and solely for Matt, who works there and is at least kind and understanding when it comes to mistakes. I rented silver table cloths and napkins ahead of my wedding this August. We placed the order and paid it full ($800+) a month in advance to make sure everything was taken care of. The day before my wedding, I went to pick up my order only to be told they lost it and had actually rented all of what we needed out to someone else. Instead of freaking out and yelling at them for THEIR mistake, I held my cool and tried to find a solution considering my wedding was less than 24 hours away. They offered me gray instead and a "discount". I was then told by the woman working behind the counter that, "We're really sorry, but it seems like we're more sorry than you are." Almost as if she WANTED me to get verbally upset... which just isn't my way of handling things. I was also offered a full refund after Matt learned of his employee's nasty comment. I was willing to let bygones be bygones and move on from the entire ordeal... until we went to set up and realized they had given me THREE different shades of gray, multiple different sizes of linens AND even circular table linens instead of the rectangular ones we ordered. It was almost as if instead of correcting their mistake, they just piled in everything they could find and threw it at me - without TELLING me there would be different shades and sizes. It was a nightmare and I ended up having three different colors at my wedding... none of which were even silver. When my Mom went to return the order, she let them know of their mistake and they didn't even apologize. Just simply said, "Well you already got a full refund I don't know what else you expect from us." Save your money and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

After working in the Fort Wayne hospitality industry for 3 years, I knew when planning my wedding I had two party rental locations to pick from. I did go to a competitor of All Occasions first and was very disappointed in the service. From the minute I walked into All Occasions I was greeted by a friendly and helpful person. I knew then who I was going to choose for our wedding. The venue we picked required us to rent anything we needed, from tables and chairs to coat racks. Kelli and her team knew exactly what we needed. She was great at helping take my ideas and make our wedding unique. I’m a very visual person and she was able to show me the items and even give me a sample linen to help match colors with other vendors. I was planning our wedding in Indiana while living in Texas; she always was able to reply quickly to any questions. The best part was she worked well with and new most of my other vendors. Thank you Kelli and your team for making our wedding exactly what we were planning. Our day was perfect and you were a big part of that!
