I have been getting my family’s taxes done here for years. I cannot say enough about how good Jenna is with her profession. She is excellent at her job. I was recommended to her by a friend. She knows the business that she is in and she handles it very well. I have never been disappointed with her service. I would recommend her anytime. Thank you Jenna! Keep up the good work!

We have had our taxes done here for many years in the past. Jenna was always smart, fast and reasonable with prices. However, we recently encountered an issue with a tax return that she filed for us a few years ago. Naturally we reached out for advice but were treated very poorly by her. She was defensive and rude. She said it was most likely not due to an error on her part, and said she had no time to look into this matter but would try to call us back. We waited a month and she never called us back. We had to take matters into our own hands and found out that due to her error we were facing a 3500 penalty. Thankfully, we were able to resolve the matter on our own and even received a refund back. The fact that an error was done is not the issue because we are all human and mistakes are made. However, as paying customers who seek the guidance of a tax professional we should be treated better. Taxes are stressful enough without your own tax accountant making things worse. The fact that we would be facing almost 4,000 in debt because she did not care enough to try and get this resolved with us is unacceptable. What if this was an elderly couple who had no way of trying to figure this out? Please do better and treat each of your paying customers with respect, courtesy and make time to help them with what they pay you for. I hope that others have a better experience and are treated kindly by her.

Jenna saved my bacon! We received excellent service and our taxes were very well done. Without her we would have been paying $3.5k in taxes.

Jenna is awesome. She’s quick, and makes doing our taxes almost painless- paying stinks- but it is what it is… Jenna’s professional manner and through information taking really does make it so easy… we have been here 3 years in a row.

Jenna is great! She is extremely efficient making the process so quick. She was also very kind in being patient with us given we failed to bring a pertinent document and had to scramble locating it during our appointment causing her to wait on us. Thank you Jenna!
