If you’re looking for a team that will make taking care of your taxes easier and more manageable this is the team for you. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and care about their clients. I would highly recommend letting them take care of your taxes for you.

I am extremely disappointed with Peak Tax Services. They charged me $167 for what amounted to a 10-minute conversation, only to tell me they were not accepting new clients and that my business would not be a priority. This information could have—and should have—been communicated upfront before scheduling anything or charging me a fee. Instead, I was led to believe I would receive real guidance or services, only to be brushed off after they took my money. This feels deceptive and unprofessional. A reputable company should respect people’s time and money, not use high fees to deliver information that could have easily been stated in an email or phone screening. I would strongly advise anyone considering Peak Tax Services to look elsewhere. There are plenty of honest professionals who won’t waste your time or take your money under false pretenses.
