I've been going to All smiles dental center for a little over a year now and I can say that from my first vist I've felt very well taken care of and all needs and questions were meet. A lot of my family and friends are now coming here now, today's visit Sarah was very helpful getting my appointment and financial plan set up. Will keep recommending people to All smiles dental center.

They refused to let my husband use his preventative insurance in conjunction with recommended treatment after he already paid $200 and then "forgot" to call me back after being on hold for a weekend. In my experience as a dental assistant and insurance coordinator, this was not handled correctly. My husband is extremely distressed at having to find a new dentist after paying for treatments after his initial exam and desperately wanted routine maintenance and established care. I never actually got to speak to a clinician (doctor or hygienist). I understand having to make money but not at the expense of a patients trust and comfort. I am super disappointed and embarrassed to have recommended my husband here.
