Amazing staff and doctors always very sweet and patient with me every time I visit. They really will go the extra mile for you, your comfort and your teeth, truly showing their care and dedication for their patients. The staff team is very respectful of me and each other leaving the office feeling very friendly and positive.
This was my 1st apmt at this Dental office. I arrived early knowin i wud have paperwork to fill out. Which i did quickly. When Gaby called me to come back, the 1st stop was pano x-ray. Easy enuf. She introduced some staff onn the way to her area. Everone was pleasent and friendly. Then came the individual x-rays. Usually these are not the easiest to do. But, Gaby is real good at them. I’m usually somewhat nervious by this point, however this time was completely different. She and the others have a way to make you feel relaxed and calm. As we went thru the exam, she explained ever detail and procedure that she was gonna do. Unfortunately my procedures are more extensive than my scheduled time wud allow. I had to be scheduled for anuther day for her to be able to accomplish the deep cleanin i need. I have no worrys that what she has to do will be dun as quickly and as painless as she can possibly make it. I highly recommend The Smile Institute to anyone needin any dental work of any kind. They do it all. They are very friendly and professional. I will gladly return for all my appointments for anythin they feel i need to have dun.
My Husband Edward just had his first consultation today and was very impressed with the professionalism of the Smile Institute. Great people and good information. He is still in the planning stages but looking forward to working things out. So far a great experience.
I immediately felt comfortable talking to Erika over the phone. Upon my visit, the rest of the staff, especially Ashley who assisted me throughout my consultation, was very personable and professional. I had visited three previous dental consultations prior to this and had conflicting diagnostics. Dr. Galvan took the time to explain his analysis and I felt very comfortable. I usually do not move this quickly, but I immediately made an appointment for the procedure. Ashely even made a suggestion that helped ease a concern of mine. The staff and the visit were memorable and that’s saying something coming from a dental visit. Thank you.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! This clinic exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming—especially impressive for a dental office. The staff was warm and professional, instantly putting me at ease. Gabby, the hygienist, was exceptional. I came in, feeling anxious due to highly sensitive teeth, but she listened attentively and handled everything with such care and gentleness that made my nerves quickly faded. Her empathy and scale made all the difference. Dr. Galvan was fantastic—he took the time to check my teeth thoroughly and make sure I felt comfortable and informed. His calm demeanor and attention to detail were exactly what you hope for in a provider. This was hands-down one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a clinic that combines top-tier care with a generally welcome environment, this is the place.
