I've been training with Omar for over a year now, and he has been absolutely fantastic! I can’t recommend Omar enough! He is incredibly patient and truly listens to my goals. Since I’ve had pain in my right knee, he carefully adjusts the exercises so I can keep progressing without risking further injury. Injury prevention is clearly a priority for him, and I appreciate how much he focuses on long-term health. Omar knows how to push me to my limits—just enough to challenge me, but never to the point of injury or frustration. Each class is unique, fun, and effective, which keeps me motivated and engaged.
