I used ASR for my wedding this past weekend and Lisa at ASR was amazing to work with. She answered my many questions and always responded to my hundreds of emails. They were able to accommodate dropping off all the tables and chairs a day early with was LIFE CHANGING and allowed us to be ahead of the game for the wedding which means we did not stress about set up. I appreciate everything!!
We used All Star Rentals for chair covers for our wedding and they were super easy to work with! We had a brief in-person meeting to discuss our needs and see the options (we went with white swag), but after that, everything was online. I was even able to decrease the number of chair covers twice. We opted for pick-up and they showed us how to put the covers on. When we noticed that one of the covers had a hole, they sent someone over to our venue with an additional three chair covers. Everything from pick-up to set-up to tear down and drop off was super easy. I highly recommend them!
Working with All Star was a fantastic experience and we loved working with Heather as my daughter and I planned the look and vibe of her wedding! The linen colors were perfect, and the dance floor was amazing! We appreciated all the communication and felt well cared for throughout the process. We worked with All Star Rentals for our wedding, and honestly, it was one of the best choices we made! Most of our planning was with Heather (who is amazing), and we also worked with Lisa, who was just as great. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and we’re so thankful for everything they did. My husband and I had no clue what to expect with planning an outdoor wedding, but Heather made everything so much easier. She walked us through every little detail and was always there to help when we felt overwhelmed or unsure. She didn’t just stick to rentals either—she gave us advice on decor, tableware, and helped us stay within our budget with realistic recommendations that still made everything look beautiful. We even made a few last-minute changes the week before the wedding, and it was no problem at all. It was such a relief to have that kind of flexibility without feeling like we were being a hassle. Then, the night before the wedding, there was a hailstorm that damaged a tiny part of the tent sidewall (honestly, only we would have noticed), but we called All Star that night, and by the next morning, someone was already out to fix it. Total lifesavers What really stood out to us is how much they genuinely care. They took the time to get to know us and really understood our vision. Everything came together perfectly, and we couldn’t have done it without Heather and the rest of the All Star crew. We seriously have nothing but good things to say and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event. You’ll be in great hands!
