We worked with All Star Rentals for our wedding furnishing (chairs, lounge furniture, cocktail tables) and they made everything easy! We worked with Lisa and she was very responsive, gave thoughtful recommendations, and remained patient as we continued to change our order right up to our event. It was such a relief to have someone with experience (and an artist's eye!) help us with our rentals with such kindness. Thank you All Star Rentals! We will be sure to return if we need rentals in the future.

***Damaged My Vehicle and Refused To Replace Broken Parts*** I rented a bounce house from ASR for my daughters birthday, upon arrival I was told to head inside and then we would load my vehicle. As I was inside getting the paperwork the employees attempted to load my truck without me and smashed the ~200lb bouncer through my trucks bed cover. This completely destroyed the aluminum frame of my bed cover and I was unable to even close my tailgate to drive away. When I brought this to the attention of the general manager, I was directed to a sign on the wall that stated "We Are Not Held Liable for Damages".... The general manager had an attitude/ got snippy with me and refused to replace the bed cover they destroyed. These issues and conversations continued over days, I even spoke to the police. ASR still refused to pay the $500 to replace the destroyed bed cover. This is absolutely terrible business practice and I really hoped for more professionalism from a local business. Now I must pay for the damages they caused.

I used ASR for my wedding this past weekend and Lisa at ASR was amazing to work with. She answered my many questions and always responded to my hundreds of emails. They were able to accommodate dropping off all the tables and chairs a day early with was LIFE CHANGING and allowed us to be ahead of the game for the wedding which means we did not stress about set up. I appreciate everything!!
