After this Granny's blue screen of death, they recovered my data and speedily downloaded all to my new computer which they assembled.from parts I had purchased elsewhere. Any parts I had missed were sold to me at a reasonable price and I even received some cables for free. I'm not "wired" and so I had everything explained to me patiently. the staff there was very helpful. he fixed my laptop by adjusting the sleep mode and screen turn off setting. was a simple fix so he did not charge me. ill be using him again
