All Gen is awesome I took both of my computers in to have them cloned and they did exactly what they said they would do and more. Ethan was awesome very knowledgeable even brought the laptop back in for additional questions and was more than willing to answer and make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely any friends to Allgen!

I've been here twice with the same laptop collectively waiting 2 weeks plus and opening my laptop. The only thing that's changed is they uninstalled my security application for no reason against explicit direction multiple times to leave it alone. Everybody before and after me seems to be loving this place. And I thought being a veteran, this place would take care of veterans like family but I felt like a bother more than a customer.

Came here totally on a whim to see if i could get help setting up my computer and was pleasantly surprised by all the help i had! Ryan was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and overall a pleasure to work with! He worked with my budget and recommended plenty of fantastic parts!! Had a much easier time assembling all the pieces with his help! Ethan set up my computer and made sure i was up and running at full capacity before i walked out the door and at pickup! He was also very knowledgeable and helpful with any minor concerns or issues i had encountered and was willing to help no matter what the cause! 10/10 would recommend for any parts and or service! Everyone was kind and had an outstanding understanding of their business! Definitely coming back for any future PC needs! Support your local store!

I've been shopping at Allgen since 2004 and the staff here is incredible. And also the fact that they have the best inventory of used equipment in the city, makes it worth the trip over here for any parts or systems that we need. Their service department is excellent and ethical. The sales team knows their stuff and are not a bunch of dimwits pushing parts that aren't compatible.
