Excellent customer service and installation. All staff were knowledgeable, very attentive, communicative, and helpful. The quote was prompt and pricing was very fair for the new system purchased (Lennox).The electric service technician (David Soto) truly was exceptional! While David was working installing the system under my home, he found, eliminated, and disposed of a poisonous copperhead snake (my biggest terror). I am forever grateful for his excellent service, bravery, and kindness! He arrived early for my seasonal winter check-up appointment, was extremely patient, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand—pictures included!
