Great communication and kind service. Fabian helped me with my shower drain — very professional and taught me how to upkeep it in the future. Only reason for 4 stars is I was told a lower price for a water heater flush add-on service, not knowing it was the price with a subscription instead of a one-service fee… felt uneasy about that

I must say that once all the details were confirmed, the process to get my water heater replaced was prompt, efficient and completed by an experienced technician. The tech was knowledgeable and willing to explain the entire process. Upon completion he showed me what he had done and what I could expect moving forward. A bonus was them coming back in one year to do a complimentary flush of the tank!

Absolutely highly recommend. I had a stove that Home Depot would not install because of a purported issue with the gas line. It would’ve been very easy for PlumbV To charge me to $400 to replace what it is a perfectly good part with a new one… But they did not. They educated me on what was going on and have earned my future business.
