New to the area, so many flower shops to pick from, did my research and so glad I went with this one. The occasion was for our anniversary, roses were beautiful and fresh. I requested they be arranged a certain way and they most definitely exceeded my expectations. My wife loved them. Highly recommend Allen Flower Shop, will be using them for other special occasions throughout the year.

I'm so glad I went with my gut instinct to support a mom and pop business! The flower arrangement they delivered was just perfection. It was massive, a great deal for what I paid, and most importantly conveyed to my goddaughter just how special she is to me. Every flower looked its best, like I hand-picked it.

9/29/2025: My experience is based on ease and customer service. I called AFS this morning to order flowers for a funeral. I got the voicemail and decided I would call back later. Within 10-12 minutes, I received a call back from AFS stating they missed a call from my number and wanted to know if they could help me. Ginger was extremely helpful and friendly. She repeated my order details, offered suggestions, and made my order very easy. I don't have photos of my flower order and chances are I will not see what the order looks like as I am not attending the funeral myself, but with customer service this good, I am sure the follow through is great too. I was on the phone to place my order for less than 5 minutes. Being at work, I appreciate this speed so I can get back to my other tasks. Ginger, thank you for your professionalism. I very much appreciate feeling like my order is in good hands.

Beautiful flowers for my mother-in-law, for Mother's Day. This has become an annual tradition for us to send flowers with Allen Flower Shop and they have never let us down. I appreciate the care and attention they give to every order and every customer. Love these guys!

Update 2024: Still a very happy customer! When I decide to let them have creative freedom it always turns out beautiful! ——— I love this florist, have used them for years to send my mom flowers on her birthday. Love that I can say “purple, no roses” and trust them to deliver something beautiful. Keep up the great work!
