Small but the staff are great. On one occasion I called to ensure they had an item in stock On another, I asked if they were able to stock a certain figure On my recent, though the figure I wanted wasn't on the floor, the worker was able to assist me in purchasing it as it was above level. Thank you for being so assisting and helpful Kino staff! Carrolton location could learn a thing or two. Love taking a look while I'm in the area.

Incredible shop in the Mitsuwa. I went in looking for the Young Magazine that Kinokuniya recently had given away a bunch of copies of, only to learn that they were out. The awesome person running the register offered to give me their own copy of the magazine. Probably the most kind staff I have ever experienced. Thank y'all so much, will always be appreciative!

I always enjoy coming here. They have a large selection of japanese stationery and manga which I love, although I do wish they had more hero aca merch. Employees are always friendly and willing to help, Rachel helped me during my last visit and she was very helpful :)

Where to start?! So much anime greatness. Puzzles galore, Sanrio goodies! All the pens and pencils😍 Pins and papers too. So much goodness. AND then the market has delish mochi! Def worth a trip back to Plano!
