This is a great school that offers flexible schedules with an open mat on Sundays. I attend the adult classes, both Muay Thai and BJJ. All the students are super friendly. The gym is well-equipped with multiple mats and heavy bags, which are always clean and perfectly maintained. The instructors are top notch and very helpful. No matter your skill or age, everyone is welcome here. It's really a wonderful place to train.

I'm very thrilled to be a part of Alliance Houston. My head coach, Professor Danny and all the other Professors, as well as the team have been good to me since joining. The Jiu-Jitsu is definitely up to par with what I want for myself and then some. You won't find anything better in the Houston / Galveston area, so if you're looking for a place to train, there's a place for everyone at Alliance. Women, children, elderly all have a place there, and it's not just serious competitors. However, if you are in the pursuit of hard, rigorous training in hopes to win titles and tournaments, there's no better place for you to train than here. It's the complete package. 💪🏼🔥
