I finally found a place that meets my workout needs. The trainers are certified and they can customize a workout according to your physical restrictions. The sessions are small which gives you more one on one with your trainers. The facility is clean and fully equipped, with spacious parking. There is four trainers which are incredibly unique, attentive and supportive. I absolutely love it!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alloy AH. I have been a member of many different fitness centers and Alloy, hands down, is the best. You get personal training without the personal training cost! The trainers are top notch, personal, motivating and make the sessions fun. I also have to give a nod to all the members I have worked out with. Everyone is embracing and kind and works together as a small team. I love this place. Great family feel. My husband and I look forward to our workouts 3 days a week. The trainers are amazing in this small group personal training setting. They make getting stronger a really fun and an "I can't wait to come back" experience. We are already so much stronger than when we first began. We highly recommend this wonderful gem of a gym!
