After a serious infestation of black ants, I mean serious! Russell from Allstate was fantastic. Very diligently with his approach and being called back for a tidy up of some activity was not a problem. Highly recommended 👍🏻

We had someone come out today to treat a tree stump after the tree split and fell just before Christmas. The guy doing the job was amazing. He was happy for my 11 year old son who has Autism and a language disability watch and learn how to treat the stump. My son was talking his ear off and asking lots of questions and he was so patient with him and happily took the time and answered. he had a friendly attitude and I absolutely love the fact this person took the time to teach him. It absolutely made my sons day...It was lovely to see him happily interact with my son and teach his job to a young person that was wanting to learn.

Excellent customer service going above and beyond. Appreciate their honesty, shared knowledge and wonderful to support a local business. Use them for a regular business premises maintenance as well as for a home termite inspection that gladly treatment was not required.

11 years ive been part of Allstate and i have to say there customer service is at its worst at the moment. I got a phone call to book in my service from a lady very hard to understand didnt say who or were there from straight to you need to book ur monitoring,after alot of back and forth it was booked. End call i then get notified wrong day and week from what i just booked so i call them.Rashana answers with her name thats it nothing more she was rude kept saying she didnt understand what i was calling for then proceeded to tell me i must of booked that date and then proceeds to speak to me like im a child arguing still im wrong and what did i want her to do i ended the call.More training is needed if these ladies are booking or taking calls on the phones i get everyone has an off day but courtesy and basic phone manners are needed because i wont be using you anymore if im spoken to like that again which is a shame as Allstates work and service has always been good to that day.

Stephen arrived and introduced himself, he explained what he was going to do. He was very professional and very tidy,removing all rubbish and nests. When he was finished he once again explained what he had done and said if I have any further questions or problems to contact them straight away. I was impressed with how he went about installing the bird proofing. I am very happy with the work carried out.
