Great customer service, from the reception ladies through to the gentleman who do the inspections. Today, while doing my white ant inspection the young man went above and beyond and removed a large spider from my kitchen to the backyard for for me. Greatly appriciated!😃 Wonderful company to deal with!

Technician James was very polite from the time he arrived to the time he left & did a great job. Clean & respectful. We discussed how the termite baits were to be completed, and where they were to be placed, which I appreciated. James was very good to my 2 Old English Sheepdogs where they settled after the meet & greet. I would recommend Complete Pest Control from the office staff to the technicians

Service is fantastic but they sneakily try to book you a month earlier each year for annual. Started in January2024, then December 2024 last year, now November 2025. The $20 discount offered doesn’t cover the extra month you actually pay early. Only said yes to avoid Christmas budgeting. Wish I noticed earlier. Post-Christmas was better. I’m not going back to January and voiding my home warranty and insurance just to appease their PR department.

The technician was very friendly and great with my dog and cats. He was thorough and explained the report in detail to ensure I understood. Would highly recommend.
