My daughter treated me for my birthday and let me tell you, I'm not sure what she paid but it was worth every penny. First off, Robyn gave me the best massage. I was so relaxed. What won me over was that she lifted the head of the table when we were done so that I could orient myself and get off the table safely. It's a little thing, but no other therapist has done that before. Usually they say, "take your time getting up and I'll be outside." She guinuienly cares about your well being from start to finish. Then, I had a facial with Ashlee. She is a true professional! My skin feels so soft and radiant. I even fell asleep during the scalp massage. Talk about feeling safe and cared for. Finally, the ladies locker room attendant. She is an African American women who's name I did not get. I'm sorry for that, but she also deserves a shout out for being meticulous with the cleaning of the locker room, but also for adjusting the lights in the hot tub. That made the final moments of my experience today perfect. Please treat yourself. I will definitely go again.

I am giving two stars because everyone who worked here was very nice but I will never come back. I specifically asked for a female massage therapist they told me how great she was on the phone and when I showed up I had a male. I should have said something right then but it was awkward and put me in a weird spot. He was very nice but it was absolutely not what I had wanted. Unfortunately, while very nice he was not the best massage therapist. I ended up being allergic to the CBD product they gave. There was no music during the massage. Anything but relaxing. I booked the spa package in association with the hotel. I would 0/10 recommend doing this. It is not worth it. Just book a room and skip the spa.

Treated myself to a solo staycation at Cheyenne Mtn Resort for Christmas day and night. The accommodation, staff, breakfast at the resort was great. My highlight was my relaxing time at Alluvia Spa. Beginning with the warm and professional greeting from Janet at the front desk. Gave me a tour, gave instructions and directed me to the relaxing tranquility room. Received a hour long body scrub and approx a 15min scalp massage, actually it was the body scrub, scalp massage and some body massage in my opinion. All of the services were absolutely wonderful, a big thank you to Artie (massage therapist)!! I also enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool. Looking for some relaxation and pampering, check out Alluvia Spa at Cheyenne Mtn Resort!!

Okay, here's a review you can use: Amazing Spa Experience at Alluvia! My girlfriends and I recently took a trip to Colorado Springs and stayed at the Cheyenne Resort. We booked massages at Alluvia Spa, and it was a highlight of our trip! The atmosphere was so relaxing and serene. I booked a deep tissue massage and was lucky enough to have Robyn. She was fantastic! She really listened to my needs and focused on my neck and shoulders as I requested. The heated bed was also a major plus. I highly recommend Alluvia and especially Robyn for anyone looking for a great massage experience!

This spa has always been amazing, but it’s gotten even better lately! Every massage therapist makes me feel so comfortable and I always leave feeling like a new person. Cosette the new manager has really taken things to the next level. She’s so friendly, professional, and makes members feel genuinely special. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
