Plants are generally good quality and good range of shrubs. The customer service via email is terrible though if you have a problem with a faulty item. Curt was the start of my experience and then they stopped answering my emails when I asked why they weren’t honouring the extra ten days return period for Christmas. I have been a loyal repeat customer and expected them to at the very least take the time to explain and apologise. I have spent a lot of money here this year. I won’t be doing that next year. Don’t expect the personal touch because it’s a family business. I was left with the impression my custom is not valued. Too big to care with poorly trained staff I can only presume. I hope the owner sees this review and takes action to improve things. It’s my reason for leaving it.

Visited Santa's grotto and was very impressed with how they've done it. Child loved it, especially when he got to help the elves. He also couldn't believe it was the real Father Christmas (I was almost convinced). Elves were so good with kids, very inclusive too, it was nice to see they also sign.

Not been here before but for xmas it was amazing. It's was Like walking into Santa's grotto, lights decorations and very reasonably priced Xmas trees both fake and real and lots of gifts. Outside there was everything for your garden and up a slope a lovely restaurant with delicious hot and cold food, cakes and snacks again, very reasonably priced. I don't know about any other time of year but for xmas it was a delight.

Santa’s Grotto 2025 Book it — you won’t be disappointed! Four adults and one very excited 3-year-old went today and we loved it so much we talked about it for the rest of the day. It was wonderfully designed, incredibly creative and so fun and engaging for both kids and adults. A truly magical experience we’d definitely do again

Attractive, large garden center with sprawling inside and outside, clean facilities and a large cafe. Huge range of Christmas stuff which can pull in large numbers of visitors at that time of year.
