I purchased a charcuterie for my mom’s birthday and had it delivered to Aulani. The communication was outstanding. Joany sent me all the details for delivery and also worked with my dad to time out the delivery to their room. The board was beautiful, Joany delivered it to their room and walked my parents through all the items on the board. They said the quality of everything on the board is fantastic and have enjoyed them all.

My wife and I were vacationing in Oahu Hawaii. Our son ordered charcuterie boards from Aloha Palms Hospitality for my wife’s birthday as a surprise. The boards had a beautiful presentation and filled with delicious meats, cheeses, fruits and more. Joany delivered the boards to our room and explained what was included. The charcuterie boards were incredible. Many thanks to Joany and Aloha Palms Hospitality for making such a memorable experience.

I worked with Joany to coordinate a nut-free board for an employee Christmas gift for someone living on island (while we are on the mainland). The communication throughout the entire process was absolutely amazing. Aloha Palms Hospitality went above and beyond—making a special effort to hand-deliver the board, providing thoughtful updates, and communicating directly while still keeping the gift a surprise. Joany was absolutely wonderful to work with. She created a gorgeous charcuterie board for my husband’s birthday and even hand-delivered it to us at Aulani, where we were staying. Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and beautifully arranged. Joany was also so sweet to my kids, and my husband was completely surprised and thrilled. Her attention to detail and warm personality truly made our celebration extra special. I highly recommend Aloha Palms Hospitality to anyone celebrating a special occasion. Hands down, 100% recommend this locally owned and run business! It was my parents’ anniversary, and since we couldn’t be there in person, we wanted to do something more meaningful than just sending flowers. I came across Aloha Palms Hospitality and decided to reach out. From the very first call, Joany was incredible. She called me back personally (which I really appreciated—there’s nothing better than connecting with a real person who genuinely cares). Together, we created a custom charcuterie board to surprise my parents. The result was absolutely perfect—fresh, delicious, generous portions, and beautifully presented. My parents were blown away! Joany went above and beyond, communicating clearly and kindly every step of the way. It’s rare to find a business that combines quality, creativity, and true hospitality the way Aloha Palms does. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend!
