Darren and the Olympia team did an amazing job at my wedding. The food was delectable and we had so many guests tell us afterwards how impressed they were. The signature chicken roulade and balsamic braised short ribs are sublime. I highly recommend Olympia Catering!

I have never heard SO MANY people rave about wedding food until now. My husband and I chose a buffet style meal with comfort food including grilled cheese, chicken and waffles, and shrimp and grits as well as two custom cocktail drinks and I wish they were a restaurant it was downright AWESOME! Their service was JUST as amazing!!! The team lead made sure my husband and I had food and drinks in our hand the entire time and went above and beyond for us and our families making sure we were personally taken care of. Everyone in the team were so helpful and caring and we just can’t give enough praise! If you’re looking for personalized service with food that is memorable this is the catering you NEED.
Olympia Catering did an absolutely phenomenal job on my wedding day! From our first inquiry, we were connected with Sherry. She was very responsive during the times that mattered and was very thorough and detailed in the emails and the quote. Our tasting went great — they prepare a nice, reception-table-like environment for you, with some of the chargers, plates, etc. on display while you try your food. They’re generous with how much food you get to sample and they were very quick to get the appetizers and entrees out onto our table. The food was DELICIOUS. My husband and I work in the wedding industry and were already weary about having chicken for our wedding — a lot of chicken at weddings is dry and rough. But we were blown away by Olympia’s Signature Chicken Roulade. It was BY FAR the best chicken I’d ever tasted, not just at a wedding, but period. We tried their Filet with Pomegranate Reduction as well and it was cooked to absolute perfection. We decided to splurge and do their dual-entree plate so that we can give all of our guests both. For appetizers during cocktail hour, we did chicken and waffle cones, braised beef quesadilla, lobster BLT, and orange-glaze jumbo shrimp. The entire night we received so much praise from our guests how amazing all of the food was. It was really important to us that our food wasn’t sub-par, but we’re elated at how much over expectations everything was. The staff on the wedding day were also great and I’m so very thankful at how much effort they put in in setting up the tables, even the dessert table full of desserts that I didn’t even get from them. I could tell that they just wanted everything set up to perfection and we couldn’t appreciate their effort more.
