My experience at Alpha Car Wash & Detailing was okay but not great. The service was average and felt a bit rushed. While the exterior looked cleaner, the interior detailing missed a few noticeable spots, and I expected more attention to detail. The staff was polite, but communication could be better. Overall, it’s an acceptable place if you need a quick wash, but I don’t think it fully lives up to the detailing part of its name.
Alpha Car Wash & Detailing is truly outstanding in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and provided excellent customer service. The team paid close attention to every detail, making sure my car looked absolutely spotless inside and out. The exterior wash left a brilliant shine, and the interior detailing made it feel brand new again. I was especially impressed by how quickly and efficiently they worked without compromising quality.

I asked the worker:what is your name? He replied: why you want to know my name… I knew right away I was in the wrong car wash Anyway I had no choice because some kid just vomited in my car He asked for $80 cash He said:I no take credit card Ok… He vacuumed and threw some soap water I told him:the vomit still on the seats… He replied:I don’t finish yet Two minutes later all done! He basically wiped my leather with a plastic bag I couldn’t tell till the next morning when my seats turned white and sticky I had to detail my car again and cost me $100 but this time I was very happy with the job performance Shame on you mister!
Refused to honor listed price - guy in photo said he needed 100% extra in cash for "taxes" which he wanted to drop down to 70% once I started to back out. Didn't want to give a receipt either.
