Zap Lube is my go to place for basically anything I need that they do. I've been going for over a decade and I'm grateful that I can go somewhere that is fair and helps provide guidance on how my vehicles work. I even recommend to my family and friends. I have been bringing all my vehicles to Zap Lube Union City for oli changes and other fluid changes going back years. I just took my new vehicle for service this past Saturday. Always professional service and the technicians are knowledgeable and take time to explain fully, which is always a plus. Whenever someone ask me, do I know a good oil change facility, I always recommend the Union City Zap Lube.

Great service, the shop mechanics have a genuine interest for the care of your car. They show you, point out the deficiencies and you decide if you wanna get it done or not. They work with you to help you reach your needs and are very efficient to get the job done in a teamwork environment as soon as possible.

I have been coming to Zap Car Wash and Lube for years and I am so happy with the services!!! My car has been given me excellent performance! I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I’ve had multiple cars throughout my life and they have given me excellent service at a very good affordable cost! I love their mechanics and how knowledgeable and humble they are to me and my family!

Bad experience at the car wash– almost scammed 🚨 / Mala experiencia - Casi me estafan ❌🚫 Today, I took my car for the VIP service, as I usually do, and asked for the seats to be cleaned. The price I’ve always paid is $75 (the last time was on July, confirmed by the cashier in their records). However, today when I got the receipt, it said $95. When I questioned it, the cashier sent me to talk to the manager, who told me that prices had “gone up.” In less than two months, a $25 increase. To me, that’s a clear attempt at scamming. This isn’t the first time either. Back in July, they also tried to trick me: I asked for the VIP with seats, but the man who gave me the receipt said it only covered the floor, not the seats. When I went to pay, the cashier confirmed it did include the seats and ordered the team to clean them. Conclusion: if you don’t want to get scammed, don’t go to this place. They are always looking for ways to confuse customers and overcharge.
