I’m all about supporting small business! But this place should not be called a business or should be open! The guy in charge is rude and disrespectful. We were needing business cards, we showed him what we wanted them to look like with all of our information and he kept doing what he wanted after going back and forth for weeks! At the end they copied and pasted the design we showed him and the quality was trash , blurry you couldn’t read it! it was bad!!! He wouldn’t refund us our money and he said if we wanted better quality work we would have to pay him another $100-$200 additional. Seriously! Ripoff scammers not worth coming here!

No lie—the shirts I got from this place are quality. I don’t usually buy custom shirts or hats that often simply because the end products have a low-quality look to them, and it doesn’t represent my volleyball club well. At first, I thought this place wouldn’t be any different than the stores I’ve previously worked with. Cheap (and not the good kind) designs; indifferent management; prices borderline ridiculous. However, as soon as I walked through the door, the manager got right down to business—asking me what design I was looking for, drawing out options for me right then and there, handing me fabric samples so that I could choose which style shirts I felt my team would look best in. The manager was extremely kind and respectful—asking for my input, helping me plan every inch of my team’s shirts, and working with me to make sure the cost could work into my budget. Towards the end of the appointment, I left feeling less like a customer and more like a partner to Alpha Designers in designing my apparel. Have absolutely no regrets, and the shirts that were delivered to my team were PHENOMENAL. I’d highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get their money’s worth of apparel. Highly.
