Really bad experience. No refund policy. They sell defective products and give a semblance of disclosure of defective and ensure there is very dim lighting and no A/C so you want to get out fast. They will not bother to test the product to know its functionality and just rush you to pay and get out. For a product that requires a remote They give it to you without a remote and when you get home and miss the remote they tell you there is none and don't wasn't the product anymore. Nast experience. These are fraudsters. Never buy there again if you want no regrets!

I will not purchase any purchase from the store on Buckner Blvd with Sales rep. Ruben. I have been paying on a black bedroom King size set since Feb. for my son and when they delivered the bed it was missing the footrest part. I have called several times to speak with Ruben and he keep forwarding my calls after I text him the pictures of my issue. He doesn't want to answer to the problem. I feel like Ruben is a bad Sales rep. after he got me to purchase, now after the bedroom suite has been delivered he wants nothing to do with the problem. Sucks to treat a customer like that

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the place looked a bit like a tornado had just swept through. Seemed very unorganized. I also noticed that there were no prices displayed on any of the furniture that I looked at on my way to the back of the showroom to see the bunk beds. When I asked about pricing the person who helped me clicked around a bit on her phone for a few seconds then quoted me $750 for a basic brown option and $1800 for a slightly nicer white option. I've been to five furniture stores this week and those prices are definitely on the high end for the beds in the pics attached. The fact that the prices are not transparent opens the door for the whole size em up shenanigans that I really detest. I just got the sense that the whole approach there is a little shady and got the heck out. The only reason I stopped short of one star is because of the limited nature of my interactions.

Went in looking for a bedroom set... and came out with 2 sets and a dinning room set. Aamer was great, matched & beat some prices after comparing them to other stores. Aamer was extremely helpful, attentive and patient. 5 Star Furniture deserves 5 Stars!
