I tried booking with Alpha Grooming Pet Salon with their mobile service and sadly their business was no good. There was no communication made before arriving and I had to wait initially for an hour and a half to even see the groomer, and he told me that the battery on his truck was very low so he wasn’t able to use the dryer. He assured me that there would be a discount and promised me that it would get done the next day same time and I was thought, “Okay it should be fine no biggie.” However the next day comes and I’m ready with my pup and thirty minutes go by with no communication or information on the ETA. So I called the office and asked where the groomer’s whereabouts were and she insured me that she’ll have the groomer give me a call, an ETA and a call back. Another 30 minutes pass and no communication whatsoever and I call back and same thing. So I call back and she says that the truck battery had died or something and there were no other available groomers. Like if there was a known issue with your equipment you shouldn’t be making promises and continue to schedule appointments and wasting your future clients time and energy. At this point it’s been almost two hours of waiting for excuses and false promises and she finally offers a 15% discount which I declined because it’s just not worth the hassle. I’ve already wasted close to 4-5 hours for nothing.

I am truly impressed and very pleased with Marvin’s grooming skills, my Siberian Husky looks just amazing. Marvin was so professional, nice and so patient. I already know I’m booking my next appt with him. Thank you! 😊

I recently had the pleasure of using Alpha Pet Grooming Salon Mobile to groom my two cats, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Erwin was fantastic—he took his time and really cared for my fur babies. They both got the lion haircuts, which turned out beautifully! While the pricing is a bit on the higher side, the convenience of having the grooming done right outside my home is worth it. It really beats taking them to a salon filled with barking dogs, which can be quite stressful for cats. I highly recommend Alpha Pet Grooming for anyone looking for a professional, caring groomer!

I was very pleased with my dogs service! Henry was awesome and made sure my dog was comfortable with him before taking him. He asked me exactly what I wanted done for my pup and ensured he didn’t miss any important details regarding my dog. Will be booking again! :)

I had a terrible experience with this groomer. They are consistently late, but VERY LATE, three to four hours late, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers time. But the worst part? They clipped my dog’s ear during the grooming session! This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. My pet was hurt, and there was no proper apology or accountability. If you love your dog and want them handled with care, I strongly DO NOT recommend this place. (This photo was the next day, but that night was bleeding for a while) really really badly service Very disappointed and frustrated
