Five Star Property Management has been great to work with. They’re super responsive, really clear with communication, and very kind about answering all my questions while I’ve been looking to rent one of their places. The whole process has felt easy and stress-free. I’ve already told a couple of friends with rentals to check them out because I’ve had such a good experience!

We have teamed with Roger and the five star property management team for 10 years now. They have provided outstanding support, stay on top of any issues that arise and keep us informed about everything going on in our property and the neighborhood. They have overseen some upgrades to our property over the years, made outstanding recommendations to meet the demands of the market and maintained our property in a fully rented status the entire time. They’re incredibly responsive. I get a call back from Jessica or Roger usually within an hour but certainly within a day and they provide guidance and recommendations on the best ways to prepare our property for rental clients. Five star property management is an outstanding property management company and we are very very happy with their service and support.
