I wouldn’t even give a star. These people are obviously without experience or knowledge on dogs. They completely butchered my wife’s Lhasa Apso’s coat. Literally did nothing but buzz his ENTIRE body!!! Anyone with ANY REAL experience and knowledge of grooming and dogs, would know that you absolutely DO NOT do that to these dogs! Her excuse was, “this is how we do it in New Mexico. Absolute BS!!! It’s no wonder they changed their name and logo. I’m sure they’ve been sued once before already. And I’m calling BBB on them first thing Tuesday morning. I’ll list the before and after pics of what they did to my dog

My dog Goose is the definition of hyper so I was a little worried how he would do being groomed by someone else. He came out looking and smelling amazing and very relaxed! He clearly had a great time and Alex was kind enough to bring him outside for me since I had my son sleeping in the car. The price point was also fair , which is sometimes hard to find with mixed breeds like him. We definitely had a good experience and would recommend!

Took my brother’s dog for a summer haircut, nail trim and wash. He looks like a whole new pup! Not 5 stars just for a mix up with scheduling but the groomer was super nice and cool with us showing up early. Snoopy’s cut came back better than we expected!
