She provides daily updates and photos so we can see our kitties when we are away and I am always so pleased with how relaxed and happy they look in Hideyo's care. She really gets to know their personalities and is focused on making sure their environment is as comfortable as possible. I have been so impressed with the responsiveness to outreach and the accommodating scheduling when there has been last minute need for services. I can tell that Hideyo cares very deeply about the work she does and the animals she cares for. I am so happy knowing that when I leave my animals in the care of Wags to Whiskers they are under loving and safe care.

Hideyo is an incredibly helpful pet sitter who has taken care of my cat on several occasions. She’s highly responsive to communication and flexible with her schedule. While my cat isn’t the easiest to get close to quickly, Hideyo has a calming and soothing presence around animals, and my cat quickly became accustomed to her. Each visit, she stays for the full 30 minutes, ensuring my cat has plenty of food and clean water and spends quality time playing with them. I highly recommend Hideyo as a reliable pet sitter.

Every time I go to the travel, I call Hideyo. I trust her with my three dogs and a 18 years old cat. She always taking care of my babies as if her own family. She is just awesome Petsitter. As our usual pet/house-sitters (our neighbors' children) grew up and moved on, we needed to find a new pet/house-sitter. We had two week-long trips this fall and decided to give the service a try-out. Hideyo came over to meet the cats and get familiar with their routine and the house. I was impressed with her knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism. During our trips, Hideyo sent daily updates and pictures. She cared for the cats and socialized with them, which was important to us because we have a couple that need scratches and pets daily. 😺 She followed instructions for the house, including special requests like checking for water leaks and animals that may have become trapped in the yard. The daily updates and pictures from Hideyo helped us to feel very comfortable and trust that our cats and our home were in very capable hands. We just love Hideyo and know that we have found our new pet/house-sitter. ♥

I have 13 feral rescue cats and a koi pond. The cats tend to be very skittish and some pet sitters never see them all because they hide. Hideyo Yamamoto takes excellent care of them all, and they all love her. They all feel comfortable around her and even allow her to take selfies with them. And she takes excellent care of them. The cats and fish are fed on schedule, litter boxes are neat and clean when I come home, and the cats and koi are relaxed and calm. I am thrilled that my cats and fish are so well cared for and loved. I highly recommend Hideyo for pet sitting. She is conscious and does an excellent job.
