My parents, Diana and Cortez, have been long-time clients of AlphaGraphics since 2010. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. We waited over a week for a simple file request with no follow-up, despite multiple calls. Promises of callbacks were not honored, and communication between staff was clearly lacking. When I finally spoke with Liz to explain the situation, I was repeatedly interrupted and ultimately hung up on. This was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially toward long-standing clients. Be aware that responses may be delayed and customer service may not be handled with professionalism.
