I am so grateful I found this amazing tailor. She had a quick turnaround on my alterations, and she did a great job with some complicated beads on my dress. She truly went above and beyond for me and even filmed putting up my bustle so I could show my maid of honor how to do it. I cannot recommend Nawal enough. My dress was incredibly difficult to alter and she used her magic to make it happen for me. I needed so much done and she put her whole heart and focus into making it perfect for me. She was flexible, welcoming, and accommodating. If you are looking for somewhere to get your dress altered JUST right, do not look anywhere else because you will not find better!!! She treated me like family and made this experience amazing. I love you, Nawal!!

Nov. 2025 bride here- I highly recommend alterations by Nawal. Nawal is incredibly talented and also one of the nicest most genuine people I’ve ever met. She was prompt and kept in communication throughout the alterations process. I’m 5’6, Nawal shortened my dress and kept the integrity of the horsehair tulle ribbon at the hem of the dress. She cut off the horsehair tulle ribbon, hemmed the dress, and sewed the horsehair tulle ribbon BACK on the bottom. The horsehair tulle ribbons were one of my favorite details, I was so glad she kept this detail in tact. She altered the bust of my dress to prevent gaping on the sides. She also added an intricate bustle which allowed me to dance freely in my A-line ball gown. The bustle had 10+ buttons on multiple layers of fabric, it worked like a charm and not to Mention for the intricacy of the bustle, it was very affordable! Lastly, I gave Nawal fabric and buttons and described the sleeves I wanted. She created the perfect sleeves- they were exactly what we’d discussed and the tied my bridal vision together. I can’t recommend alterations by Nawal highly enough!!!
