I needed to have the sleeves on a heavy, wool coat altered. The work was done exactly on time. The alterations were done so perfectly that the coat looked brand new! I really appreciate being able to trust a company to be professional and to complete work in the promised time. This is my go to place for alterations and cleaning. I've never been disappointed.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! I came in panicking with a bridesmaid dress that needed some serious help (do not order from Birdie Gray), and Brittany and her wonderful staff immediately jumped into action to get me looking my best as quickly as possible. They were so kind, helpful, and reassuring, and they did an absolutely amazing job making my dress wearable. I’m so thankful for them! Quick, kind, and affordable — no notes. I would absolutely recommend!

Wanted $100 to alter the top of a dress and another $100 for the bottom. They fixed the top, I went back and tried it on and the fit was awful, they wanted another $25 to fix the top - they have a 10 day fix it for free policy - and I had to argue that I shouldn't pay even more money. They altered it, I tried it on again and it still was incorrect. I told the employee it was still fitting weird, and in the rudest tone he could muster he replied "no one will even notice." Upon leaving I told him and the other employee present to have a nice day, upon which they glared at me as I exited the building. When I tried it on for my MIL to hem the bottom her first comment was "the top is still very wrong". So, yes, it was noticeable.

I had a tear on the pocket of a leather jacket. I was told exactly how it would be mended. They did a wonderful job! The jacket now has a unique looking pocket that is still very stylish and functional.

The Veterans Association of the USS IOWA is leaving on a reunion Cruise this Sunday out of Galveston, as mine still fit, I decided to wear my uniform as being retired I'm authorized to do so. As your location did the initial refurbishment in 2015 I figured who better to handle my needs this go round. My wife brought in my Dress Blues Jacket with gold lace & silver bullion thread rating badge on the left sleeve along with 6 gold lace service stripes (hashmarks in Navy speak) along with the trousers. Both pieces are Brooks Bros. and along with the gold 'n silver I worry about damage or tarnishing.....as I found out a while back by failing to remove my ribbon rack prior to doing the "Dryel" thing in our dryer.......the rack chaffed the left lapel and my wife asked if anything could be done to repair or at least mitigate the damage............ I could not be happier or more pleased with the results ! The lapel looks just like the day I took that jacket off the clothes rack back in '15, the clean 'n press is superb! The rating badge & hashmarks are all glowing with no damage and no tarnishing, looks as though they were just delivered by the mfr. Vanguard. Pants are creased to a razors edge and the cleaning is top notch. My only issue, and this one is on me, is I failed to remove the gold buttons from the jacket as I usually do, one's missing....not a problem though, as a good Chief, I have many spares for "just such an emergency". Hopefully it'll turn up, it's about 1 inch in diameter, brushed gold with a spread winged eagle in the middle..... I gave yinz 5 stars because yinz earned it....in spades. I don't know what these other patrons are talkin' about givin' yinz bad reviews 'n only 1-2 stars stating you're rude, unprofessional, providing poor workmanship...ect.....BULLS**T. This is my second go round with you, both my wife & daughter swear by you as do I, you've never disapointed and always did as promised. I don't know the names of the folks who handled my claim, but I can tell you the jacket was picked up this past Monday and the pants on Tuesday....(oops, they missed the Monday truck). They were dropped off the week before.....regardless, I'll be shinin' & in my glory on that ship, Harmony of the Seas, decked out in my pristine Service Dress Blues courtesy of the guys 'n gals at the East Liberty Alterations Express..... In closing, a traditional Navy expression for a job well done, and believe me, you've earned this........BZ ! ! It's shorthand for the longer....."Bravo Zulu", meaning "WELL DONE" !
