I've been to this location twice and each time I'v meet Naila Momnani, she is extremely helpful and kind. She's helped me with both of my military uniforms and each time they have been completed they are perfectly done.

My mum and I got our saree sewed ready made, a blouse and skirt which were all done amazing. She was kind to explain what worked and what didn't, helped show me how to wear it upon pickup. Very thorough and neat work and highly recommend. I drive all the way from Dripping Springs but totally worth it. We are going to be regulars for all our alteration needs.

Absolutely the best place for most alteration jobs! They adjusted the length on a couple of my trousers perfectly. I was just visiting Austin, but I’ve rarely come across such professional and precise service anywhere else. The owner lady was warm, attentive, and truly passionate about her work—easily the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended!

Warning: They will ruin your clothing and never apologize. I brought an expensive dress in to get taken in based on the positive reviews. They had the dress ready only JUST before I needed it. When I brought it home, the zipper would not zip and was clearly broken. The teeth were ripped from the backing. I had to find another dress to wear to this wedding last minute as I could not zip it up. When I brought the dress in, they denied breaking anything and said that there was no problem with the zipper but they were going to let out some of what was taken in. When I picked it up, they had absolutely ruined the dress that had previously had a hidden matching zipper, with this clearly visible zipper that did not match at all and draws a ton of attention right down the front of the dress. AND they tried to charge me for the new zipper.

I came in with an emergency for my daughter's stuffed bunny that's she can't live without. The ladies at Alterations & More were very understanding and thoughtful to the importance of getting the bunny repair done asap. They worked me in and completed the repair same day, even as they were booked out for days. Very thankful for the ladies at Alterations & More, and highly recommend this business!
