I had such a great experience with Olivia at Healthy Pets in Austin! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and truly knowledgeable about everything I needed. Great place to take your fur baby for a bath. Everything you need is provided, they even have aprons so you don't get soaked too. Nice staff, clean facility.

Great first time experience here! Kendall and Chris were both super friendly, helpful, and professional. They helped get us squeezed in to wash our smelly pup right before closing (thank goodness!!). Very clean store, positive atmosphere, and great team. We'll be back for another wash next week and try out some new dog food as well. Thanks Healthy Pet Team :)

We routinely stop in at this location for our dogs food, dental chews and treats and always have great experiences! But I wanted to make sure the crew working around 4:00pm on 8/14 got proper recognition for doing a great job being positive and working as a team to come up with a great solution in a bummer situation. The internet was down with no hope of it coming back online in the near future. Seeing as I live over an hour away they made it possible for me to make a return and get my Shepherd some much needed food by figuring out how to get the software loaded on their phones and use cell data. They set clear expectations that it would probably take a little longer, found humor in a stressful situation, and overall made what could have been a disappointing situation very easy. Thank you!

Great place to give your dogs a good scrubbin'. Healthy Pets is the place to go for all your animal's needs and a great place to give your best friend(s) a do-it-yourself bath. Great staff and clean establishment. Jack and Chica are crowd favorites!!!
