Always have a good time here. The kids jump their hearts out, and I dont worry about their safety. The staff is friendly and really good with the kids. Membership is so worth it. We are here a lot! Had a birthday party and HIGLY recommend it!

Booked a birthday party here. The kids had fun, place seemed clean. The place is either understaffed or unorganized. Party was to start at 1pm, I arrive at 12:50 to set up the private room with decorations for the party. I was told the kids need to wait for socks and a wristband, and they would bring them to the room at 1. By 1:20, no one came by, so went to the front to ask. Now was told the kids have to come to the front for socks and wristband (our first time here, so I went according to what I was told). I had to walk to the front a few times, because I would get told they would serve pizza at a certain time. The girl who hosted our party was sweet, but she seemed to get orders from other coworkers to do other things, making her behind on the tasks hosting my kid's birthday party. I assume due to understaffed issues. I definitely would not book another birthday party here, but it may be fun to come for a few hours for kids to play. The party my child received was not worth what I paid for.

They were awesome as far as staff (Valery was especially amazing & helpful), cleanliness and all of their equipment! Overall it was awesome! My son had a blast!

Great place for kids to play. Lots of fun trampolines, slides, zipline and an arcade. Price is reasonable for a 2 hour play pass. Lots of seating areas to hang out while the kids play. Food, drinks and snacks at the concession stand available.

Jenny was a awesome party host! She was very hands-on and made sure all kids and adults got their pizza,and cake in a timely manner! Place was nice and cold which is great for hot days! Was so clean and organized inside as well! Knew i would love this place immediately for my sons birthday party after taking a tour beforehand! Will definitely be back!
